I enjoyed the unique way Sony unveiled their Mini VIAO at Grand Central Station in Manhattan on January 30th/09. (VIDEO) We have all seen live manikins…..I’ll never forget the first time I saw one, I must have been around 8 years old and it scared the *&%# out of me!!
I feel Sony picked a great location since everybody is moving, having the manikins looking very uniform in appearance and the choreography of having the models moving in sink was a nice touch…..anyway check out the video and tell me what you think?

Ya you heard it right……FREE MERCEDES…… look alike. To encourage drivers to visit the Mercedes-Benz dealership, Mercedes logos with Business Cards were stuck onto the bonnets of rival car brands. Any body puts a Benz bonnet on my Caddy I’d be pissed!! lol

If you thought us advertisers have thought of everything…….. look at the concept of “Moonvertising.”
Rolling Rock was planning to put its logo on the moon via a laser beam on March 21st. (when there is a full moon)
Fortunately/unfortunately depending on YOUR personal thought on this form of advertising…..it is currently impossible!
What are your thoughts on this “moonvertising?”……

This past November Cunning built and installed a giant microphone in Berlin’s Hauptbahnhof. The project was commissioned by Red Bee Media, the installation announces the launch of BBC News’ print campaign entitled “You can’t bury a powerful question.”
Eventually the BBC intends to ship the microphone back to London to be permanently installed at TV Centre.

By tagging the city with various sexual positions, this simple guerrilla marketing campaign for Oohtique.com – an online store that sells a range of sex toys, condoms and then some – encouraged individuals to be more spontaneous with a playful proposition: “Have Fun”.
